About Emiko: Using her expertise as a
musician, Emiko Hori gives presentations about the relationship between music performance and public speaking.
As a graduate of renowned Indiana University Jacobs School of Music in Bloomington, Indiana, Emiko has performed piano recitals throughout the U.S., Europe, and Canada including master classes in Bergamo, Italy; the Banff Centre for the Arts in Canada; the Schleswig-Holstein Musik Festival in Germany, and others.
As an author of “Let’s Play Speech!: How to Give a Better Speech Using the Principles of Musical Performance”, her biggest influences while writing this book have been pianists Marek jablonski, Shigeo Neriki, and Gyorgy Sebok, and the author of The Comedy Bible and The Message Of You, Judy Carter.
